Hello All,

Just a reminder that our Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 28, 2009 - 1930/7:30PM at the clubhouse. This is your opportunity to keep up-to-date on the running of the club and participate in the election of a new slate of officers for 2009/10. We have candidates for most of the positions, however should you wish to serve, please call Al Wills at 474-4909 or 727-8351.

Also a reminder that shooting ends at out present outdoor facility on the 31st of October, it is a sad day for archery in Victoria, you can be assured that your Board of Directors is actively seeking another facility. The containers have been moved for our storage and most of the clean up is completed. Our indoor will begin at Sangster School 3325 Metchosin Road on October 17th and most Saturdays (10AM - 1PM) and Tuesday nights (8PM - 10PM).
